Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) quick oats
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) iron-fortified baby cereal
Direction
- Place oven rack in the middle position and preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Grease a baking sheet or cover with parchment paper. - In a medium bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
- Add the oats and iron-fortified baby cereal.
Mix well. - Make 12 balls with the cookie dough and place them on the baking sheet.
Press lightly on the balls with a fork to give them a round, flattened shape. - Bake for 15 minutes.
Variations: You can add spices like cinnamon, nutmeg or cardamom
