Audit Committee
The Audit Committee helps the Board of Directors fulfill its obligations and oversight responsibilities related to financial information quality and integrity. The Audit Committee reports to the Board, to which it has advisory power. Its role is to keep a watchful eye on Olo’s financial matters.
