Parents exercise their influence in a number of ways:

•  Exposing children to different foods and flavours
•  Making healthy foods available and accessible
•  Creating a pleasant mealtime environment

 

It’s important that parents be aware that they are role models and that their food choices have an impact on their child’s future eating behaviours.

The support offered through Olo follow-up care aims to empower parents to take action. It includes practical resources and tools that are adapted to families.
